Ahh, the craziness that is Android. You can be stuck with one of the worst phones, or stuck with the most powerful, speed demon, monster of phones! Yes, that is the life I like to call Android. But, thanks to Google's openness everyone can do practically anything to their phone. Unlike iPhone users who are stuck in the endless grid that is iOS, we have the opportunity to do what we want, including changing the interface we use!
So until now, to use TETHERING Android users had to ROOT their phones to use this function without carriers imposing their surcharges on us users. Let me paint a pointless scenario for you...
So, you are at the park with your laptop but no internet... What is a poor soul to do? You could always get the ClockworkMod Tether which allows you to give life (internet) to your laptop! It works under the radar so that your carrier does not notice and gives you the power, to, well, be a power user! The great thing is that it works with your Windows, Mac, or Linux computer! I will update it later tonight and let you know how it is working on my end! I would like to advise that the application is not 100% yet but Dutta is working on it and would like your input!
